Hey there!
My name is Charlie, and I'm an artist! I'm from the Philippines, but right now I'm floating in space. I'm but a wee baby, a "minor", one might say.
I've been calling myself an artist since I figured out how to draw on MS Paint. I know Ibispaint X like the back of my hand. yes i used to be a gacha kid + mlp nerd Ever since then, it's been a huge rollercoaster of constant artstyle changes and abrupt breaks.
Art has always been a passion of mine, if not a hobby, although it isn't something big for me than most. It's just a fun thing I like to do when I get the chance, and something I've put a lot of my time and effort into.

Commissions Rules
- I will not and cannot draw: real people, mecha, problematic/absolutely VILE themes (NSFW, proship...), furries (i am. so sorry).
- Please don't rush me...! I'm still a student/person with a life! Rest assured that I'll try to finish it as fast as I can, though.
- I will send you progress of the commission as I go. If you find any errors or want me to make any changes, please don't be afraid to tell me so!
- I have the right to cancel the commission if I do not feel comfortable working with you. Please remain respectful!!
- Once the drawing is completed, I will send you a "preview" version-- one with a whole buncha watermarks + bad quality, basically-- and will only send you the actual artwork once payment is completed.
- if you comm me something using those silly stock images you get a 1 dollar discount solely because it's funny
- Friends + family + people I know get special discounts too :3c
